Aaron Quinonez – Sr. Executive Director
Aaron is a Marine 1st Anglico veteran who specialized in communication as a forward observer. He holds billets for Naval Weapons Security Management and Close Combat Instructor. He received badges for expert marksmanship and master parachutist. He is the owner of Reliable Commercial Cleaning and founder of the veteran non profit Q Missions. He received the 2016 Distinguished Service to Veterans award and the 2018 Superior Award from the Department of Veterans Affairs. An was awarded the 2017 Hometown Hero award from Kiro7 news.

Holly Quinonez – Executive Director
Holly is a mother of two and wife of a Marine veteran for the last 10 years. She is a sex trafficking survivor turned philanthropist who spends her time in third world countries combating human trafficking and working with veterans.
“I have struggled all my life with suicidal ideations, anxiety and PTSD. I understand all to well what it’s like to see a battlefield everywhere I look in the day to day life. I believe no one should ever have to walk that path alone and am convinced that Operation Pop Smoke will put an end to the isolation and desperation those struggling with suicide face.”
Tony Dayton – Jr. Executive Director
Tony is an Army National Guard veteran, VFW post commander 9079, former President and veteran advocate of the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide, 2018 Veteran of the year nominee, Board of directors from Nineline Veteran Services, a successful mortgage broker and suicide survivor.
“As a suicide survivor and Veteran who has overcome many of life’s obstacles, I have become a fierce force in advocating for Veterans. I have been working for six years to find a way to win this fight. From my unique experience Operation Pop Smoke has become an answer."
Kristen Cola – Director of Public Relations
Kristen is a mother of two boys and wife of an Army Veteran. She earned a degree in Public Relations from Washington State University in 2007. Since then she has worked in customer service and as a volunteer for the veteran non profit Q Missions as the Event and Volunteer coordinator. She is passionate about putting an end to suicide because she feels one is just too many.
“I have seen many veterans struggling and walked through the grieving process with my husband as his brothers in arms took their own lives. I have been on the other end of the phone as a family member said good bye before attempting suicide. After that I realize how important that communication is in an emergency situation and I want to make this type of communication available for whoever needs it.”
Janna Alexander – Corporate Ambassador
Janna is married to a Coast Guard Veteran since 2007. She gathers information and rally support to spread the word about veteran suicide. Prior to working with Operation Pop Smoke Janna raised five kids, in that time span she also managed retail, was a preschool and kindergarten teacher and worked in home improvement. Janna enjoys crafting and woodworking in her spare time. She has been a volunteer with Q Missions and OPS since 2015.

Erik Westover – Technical Director
A graduate of the University Washington, Bothell Computer Science and Software Engineering program where he specialized in data management. Transformed that specialization into a passion for data management and analytics alongside a secondary focus on user experience design and implementation. My free time is spent with my loving wife Danielle and our family and friends, we have been blessed with an abundance of both.

Operation Pop Smoke is an opportunity for us to be a part of that deal and provide the tools and support to help these men and women.

Michael Webster – Director of Finance
I am honored to be one of the few non-veteran members of Operation Pop Smoke. I strongly believe in the OPS mission and so desire to be a part of the success. I bring 27 years of business experience to the group having worked on management, HR and financial aspects of a large corporation.
I live with my wife Pastor Amber Webster and our 4 daughters in Covington, Wa. I serve as a Deacon at my church which is how I met Sgt Q.
